What is your minimum order for custom t-shirts?
Our standard minimum is 48 pieces for screen printing and 6 pieces for embroidery. For Direct to Film (DTF) printing there is no minimum - we can print a single shirt. If you need fewer screen-printed pieces than 48, ask us about DTF as an alternative.
How much do custom shirts cost in Charleston or Summerville?
Custom screen-printed t-shirts typically range from about $8 to $22 per shirt depending on quantity, number of ink colors, and garment. Embroidered polos usually start around $18-$28 each. Every order gets a free written quote with no surprise fees - send us your details at freshlocaltees.com/contact.
What is the turnaround time for custom apparel?
Most orders ship within 10 business days after art approval. Rush turnaround of 3–5 business days is available on many orders - let us know your deadline up front and we'll tell you what's possible.
Do you help with design?
Yes. We help with layout, sizing, color choices, and mockups, and can create artwork from scratch if needed. A design fee may apply for more complex custom artwork — we'll always be upfront about that before we start.
What apparel brands do you offer?
We stock and source from Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Comfort Colors, District, Port Authority, Carhartt, Nike, among others. We'll recommend the best garment for your goals, fit preference, and budget.
Should I choose embroidery or screen printing for my logo?
Screen printing is best for large designs and large runs of t-shirts and hoodies - low cost per piece at scale and bold color. Embroidery is best for polos, caps, jackets, and bags where you want a premium, long-lasting finish. For small quantities or full-color / photo designs, Direct to Film (DTF) is often the best fit.
Do you serve Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry?
Yes. Our shop is in Summerville, SC (126 Farm Road, Suite D) and we serve Summerville, SC, Charleston, SC, Mount Pleasant, SC, North Charleston, SC, Daniel Island, SC, Goose Creek, SC, Hanahan, SC, Ladson, SC, James Island, SC, West Ashley, SC. Local pickup and delivery are available.
